Meet Jenna Cottis, the Lead Designer and Director at Ryan Creative. Since 2006 she has worked extensively across commercial and residential design, bringing an adaptive and holistic approach to every project. Her award winning experience ranges in scale from 25K to 250M in construction costs.

    2021-Current

    Created out of a place of flexibility and lifestyle factors, Ryan Creative was started with the support of trusted colleagues and recommendations. This momentum has grown and will continue to develop. Being true to oneself, chasing your goals and embracing your given skills is what we are about. We deliver quality outcomes and want to collaborate with authentic people for bespoke and tailored results.

  • Project Lead

    2021-2024

    Gray Puksand allowed me to work with clients such as Cromwell Property Group, Dexus, Australia Post, Medibank, Uniting Care and RACQ. Sectors experienced in Workspace, Commercial, Education, Industrial, Aged Care and Retail. My role was to support and guide clients, builders, and consultants throughout all stages of the project, mentor and support my team and ensuring profitability of projects.

  • Senior Interior Designer

    2016-2021

    Buchan allowed me to work with clients such as Lendlease, Vicinity Centres, Retail First and Charter Hall. Projects included major and minor shopping centre refurbishments, casual dining precincts and greenfield sites . My role was to develop conceptual direction and design and deliver projects. My specialty became the three R's of Retail; Refresh, Refurbish and Reposition.

  • Design Manager & Senior Interior Designer

    2014-2016

    At Unita I had the opportunity to manage a team of 10 designers to deliver over 180 projects in one financial year. Equating to approximately 33M in fitout revenue. We specialised in national rollouts of retail and hospitality brands and created unique and bespoke brands and interiors.

    2012-2014

    Clients included; Healthy Life, LJ Hooker, Ella Bache and ABC Shop.

  • Interior Designer

    2011-2012

    Clients included; Mad Mex, Ribs and Burgers, Gloria Jean's Coffee, Sumo Salad and Gelatissimo.
